ALFIE HOBBS

Alfie first joined us on work experience when he was just 15. He immediately fell in love with the catering industry and went on to study at the College of Food. He came back to us as a full time trainee 3 years ago. Very much the baby of the family, we have supported him through every stage of his training and he is now an extremely capable and talented chef. He assists Karen in all areas of the kitchen. He plays for Athletico Allstars football team and likes listening to Red Hot Chilli Peppers when he’s not in the kitchen
