Georges Gardet Cuvee Foudres

This Champagne is made from a mixture of Premier Cru and Grand Cru grapes. It is aged for at least 4 years - longer than many vintage Champagnes. Very fine bubbles producing a delicate, fruitful and lasting mousse.

Georges Gardet Cuvee Rose

This is a rare premier crus, produced with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from old vines. It is Rose de Saignee which means that the grapes were left for a few hours to macerate after the pressing in order to get colour. This technique gives a little more structure to the wine which has intense flavours of raspberry and berry fruit.
