We provided a Valentine’s themed buffet lunch for Highcross agents for the reveal of their new Equipoint offices. We dressed the tables in red and used a ‘love theme’ throughout our food serving classic steak sandwiches with sun-blushed tomatoes, mustard leaves and creamy mayonnaise in toasted focaccia bread, Smoked salmon, caper, dill and crème fraiche tartlets and for desert, mini meringues topped with strawberries and raspberries and chocolate brownies – in the shape of hearts. The event was a success and the food was enjoyed by all.
